Where we ship

Holistiq IQ currently ships to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.

Shipping charges

Our standard shipping rate is $4.99. The total shipping charge is displayed at checkout and may include separate charges if items require multiple shipments. Please review the final total before placing your order.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders typically require 3–5 business days for processing before shipment. Standard shipping typically takes an additional 2–4 business days in transit after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Product availability, order verification, carrier delays, weather, and holiday demand may affect processing or delivery.

Tracking and separate shipments

Tracking information is provided when available after your order ships. Items in the same order may arrive in separate shipments.

Delivery addresses and order changes

Please check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. If you need to request an address change, contact us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.
